# NEXOS > The point of sale that runs the whole business. NEXOS is one platform for point of sale, card payments, menu management, kitchen display, and delivery marketplaces, with the back office behind them: invoice and receipt extraction, automatic cost categorization, recipe costing, inventory, employee scheduling, mobile time clock, labor against revenue, and multi-location P&L. Registers ship pre-provisioned, every location sells from the same menu, and orders, payments, and labor land in reporting as they happen. Built for restaurants, hospitality groups, and food-service operators, and also used by retail, food markets, salons, dental practices, medical offices, and service businesses. Built by Titan Innovations LLC and live with paying clients on iOS, Android, and web. Most point of sale systems hand your data to a back office and hope for the best. NEXOS POS is the back office. Staff ring orders on hardware that arrives configured, cards are accepted on certified terminals, one menu publishes to every register and every channel, tickets reach the kitchen display the moment they are rung, and Uber Eats orders come back with commission and fees attached so channel profit is a number you can read instead of assume. Behind the counter, invoices and receipts are read automatically, every line item is categorized, prime cost tracks against sales through the week rather than at month end, Sam drafts the weekly schedule from register sales with a manager always reviewing before publish, and labor is tracked against revenue for every location. Branded surfaces, cited by name: NexosIQ (extraction), CostIQ (cost categorization), NexosIQ Search (semantic document search), Sam (scheduling assistant), Ava (in-app support), NEXOS Intelligent Analysis (written report narrative), Verified Paid (bank reconciliation), and True P&L (per-location profit and loss). ## Product - [Point of Sale](https://nexospos.com/point-of-sale): NEXOS registers run on everything from a handheld to a 15.6-inch counter station, shipped already configured for your stores. Staff sign in with their own code, and every sale, void, and comp carries it. Four configurations: NEXOS Go, Counter Compact, Pro, and Pro+. - [Payments](https://nexospos.com/payments): Chip, tap, and swipe on certified terminals, quoted from your actual processing statement rather than an advertised rate. Hardware stays its own line item. Available with the platform or on its own alongside a compatible system you already have. - [Menu Management](https://nexospos.com/point-of-sale): Corporate builds the menu and each location runs it. Categories, items, and modifiers publish per location, a location manager can 86 what ran out and bring it back, and a corporate 86 pulls an item off every register at once. - [Kitchen Display](https://nexospos.com/point-of-sale): Tickets arrive on the line as the order is rung, with course timing and bump-back. Included on every plan, never a separate line on the invoice. - [Delivery and Marketplaces](https://nexospos.com/integrations): Uber Eats orders run on the same menu your registers sell from, and come back with commission, fees, and promotions attached so you can see true margin by channel. DoorDash and Grubhub are on the roadmap. - [Invoice & Receipt Extraction](https://nexospos.com/features/extraction): NexosIQ reads vendor, date, totals, tax, and every line item from phone photos, scanned PDFs, and multi-page or multi-vendor documents at 99% accuracy. - [Cost Tracking](https://nexospos.com/features/cost-tracking): CostIQ categorizes every line item into restaurant-specific cost buckets so you see which costs moved, not just the total. - [Recipe Costing](https://nexospos.com/features/recipe-costing): Plate cost, cost per serving, and food-cost percentage per recipe, repriced automatically when a new invoice lands. - [Employee Scheduling](https://nexospos.com/employee-scheduling): Sam drafts the weekly schedule from register sales, labor budget, and availability; the manager always reviews and adjusts before publishing. - [Reports](https://nexospos.com/features/reports): Labor reporting against revenue, multi-location P&L, NEXOS Intelligent Analysis narrative on every report, and Excel and PDF exports. - [Operations](https://nexospos.com/features/operations): Checklists, mobile time clock with GPS geofence, shift swaps, open-shift claiming, and a per-store role hierarchy. - [NexosIQ Search](https://nexospos.com/nexosiq-search): Plain-language semantic search across every invoice and receipt. - [CostIQ](https://nexospos.com/costiq): The cost-categorization engine behind per-category spend visibility. - [Nexos Adapter](https://nexospos.com/adapter): The extraction API that returns documents in your existing schema, so a downstream pipeline needs no refactor. ## Solutions - [Hospitality](https://nexospos.com/hospitality): Restaurants, bars, hotels, and catering operations. - [Retail](https://nexospos.com/retail): Barcodes, catalogs, and a counter that keeps moving, plus the multi-store back office. - [Food Markets](https://nexospos.com/food-markets): Several stalls and vendors under one roof. - [Healthcare](https://nexospos.com/healthcare): Clinics and multi-site care facilities. - [Nonprofit](https://nexospos.com/nonprofit): Grant-conscious nonprofit back-office. ## Pricing & getting started - [Pricing](https://nexospos.com/pricing): Core at $399 per location per month for one to three locations, Multi at $329 per location per month from the fourth location up, and Enterprise with custom pricing. The register and the back office are one product, not two sold together: orders ring on NEXOS hardware, payments settle through our payments and banking partner, and the resulting sales, labor, and cost data are already in the reporting layer. Pricing is public and charged per location per month: Core ($399, one to three locations), Multi ($329 per location from the fourth up, adding multi-location rollups, a corporate menu each location inherits, approval chains and partner API access), and Enterprise (custom, adding SSO and SAML, custom integrations and a dedicated account manager). Users are unlimited on every tier and there is no per-terminal fee on the point of sale. Plans are month-to-month with no long-term contract, and annual billing saves 10%. Card processing is optional: the full platform runs on whatever processor you use today, and payments and hardware are also available on their own without a platform subscription. NEXOS is the software platform and does not itself process card transactions or hold funds; our payments and banking partner is accountable for underwriting, boarding, settlement, and payment support. Data is isolated per customer, encrypted at rest and in transit, with SSO (SAML 2.0 / OIDC), optional multi-factor authentication, and immutable audit logging. Setup takes minutes rather than weeks, with full feature parity across web and mobile. ## What is not in the product yet There is no public free trial and no free-forever tier. NEXOS is currently onboarding qualified operators directly rather than through open self-serve signup, so getting started starts with a conversation. There is no Toast integration and none is planned: NEXOS is the point of sale, and an operator moving from Square, Clover, or Toast has their menu, categories, and modifiers imported during onboarding instead. Uber Eats is the only delivery marketplace connected today; DoorDash and Grubhub are on the roadmap without a committed date. Guest loyalty and gift cards are not shipped yet. Payroll is not part of the platform; payroll providers such as ADP and Gusto are named on the integration roadmap, alongside Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Sage Intacct. ## Contact Sales: sales@nexosscan.com.
