What NEXOS is
NEXOS is a point of sale that runs the whole business. Staff ring orders on NEXOS hardware, cards are accepted on certified terminals, and the resulting sales, labor, and cost data are already in the reporting layer. The register and the back office are one product rather than two systems sold together, so there is no nightly export between them. Registers run on everything from a handheld to a 15.6-inch counter station, in four configurations: NEXOS Go, Counter Compact, Pro, and Pro+. The point of sale page covers each one.
Payments on the same platform
Chip, tap, and swipe run on certified terminals, quoted from your actual processing statement rather than an advertised rate. NEXOS is the software platform and does not itself process card transactions or hold funds; our payments and banking partner is accountable for underwriting, boarding, settlement, and payment support. Card processing is optional. The full platform runs on whatever processor you use today, and payments and hardware are also available on their own.
The back office behind the register
One menu publishes to every register and every channel, and tickets reach the kitchen display the moment they are rung. Behind the counter, NexosIQ reads invoices and receipts, CostIQ categorizes every line item, and recipe costs reprice when a new invoice lands. Sam drafts the weekly schedule from register sales, with a manager always reviewing before publish, and labor is tracked against revenue for every location. What it costs
Pricing is public and charged per location per month. Core is $399 for one to three locations. Multi is $329 per location from the fourth location up, adding multi-location rollups, a corporate menu each location inherits, approval chains, and partner API access. Enterprise is custom, adding SSO and SAML, custom integrations, and a dedicated account manager. Users are unlimited on every tier, there is no per-terminal fee on the point of sale, plans are month to month with no long-term contract, and annual billing saves 10%. How setup works
Registers ship already configured for your stores, so a location is not assembling hardware on day one. If you are moving from Square, Clover, or Toast, your menu, categories, and modifiers are imported during onboarding. Staff sign in with their own code, and every sale, void, and comp carries it. Setup takes minutes rather than weeks, with full feature parity across web and mobile, so a manager sees the same numbers on a phone as at the counter. Data is isolated per customer and encrypted at rest and in transit, with SSO, optional multi-factor authentication, and immutable audit logging.
