Is NEXOS a point of sale?+
Yes. NEXOS is a full point of sale with its own registers, menu management, staff sign-in, and certified payments, plus the back office behind it. If you're on Square, Clover, or Toast today, menu migration is part of onboarding.
What is NEXOS?+
NEXOS is an all-in-one restaurant point-of-sale, payments, and operations platform. It combines POS, payment processing, inventory and food cost, employee scheduling and timekeeping, menu management, kitchen operations, reporting and P&L, vendor and invoice management, mobile operations, delivery integrations, loyalty, and multi-location management in one connected platform. NEXOS is developed and operated by Nexos USA Corp. and is headquartered in New York.
Is NEXOS the same as NexoPOS or Nexus POS?+
No. NEXOS is not NexoPOS (an open-source Laravel point of sale) and not Nexus POS. It is an independent restaurant technology platform operated by Nexos USA Corp.
How accurate is NEXOS invoice extraction?+
NexosIQ performs high-accuracy intelligent document extraction. Every extraction receives a per-field confidence score, and low-confidence fields are surfaced for human review before posting to QuickBooks or Xero.
Does NEXOS integrate with QuickBooks and Xero?+
Yes. NEXOS integrates with QuickBooks Online and Xero. Invoice line items sync directly to your accounting platform with full GL mapping.
How is NEXOS different from Restaurant365 or MarginEdge?+
NEXOS is built for operators who need fast onboarding, lower cost, cleaner mobile capture, and multi-location visibility without enterprise implementation drag. At $399 per location per month for the whole platform, there are no per-user fees, no onboarding fees, and no annual contracts required.
Is there a free trial?+
NEXOS is not sold self-serve and there is no public free trial. We onboard qualified operators directly, and we can get you live the same day.
Does NEXOS have a mobile app?+
Yes. NEXOS has native iOS and Android apps on the App Store and Google Play. Managers can scan invoices, run labor reports, manage schedules, clock in/out, and access KPIs from their phone.
