NEXOS began in 2022 with a simple goal: eliminate the disconnected systems and manual processes operators deal with every day.
What NEXOS is
NEXOS is an all-in-one restaurant point-of-sale, payments, and operations platform. It combines POS, payment processing, inventory and food cost, employee scheduling and timekeeping, menu management, kitchen operations, reporting and P&L, vendor and invoice management, mobile operations, delivery integrations, loyalty, and multi-location management in one connected platform.

Our story
Restaurants run on too many systems that don't talk to each other: a register from one company, payments from another, a scheduling app, a spreadsheet for food cost, and a stack of invoices nobody has time to key in. Every handoff between them is a place where money and hours go missing.
NEXOS started by solving the hardest part of that back office: reading invoices and receipts and turning them into cost control. What started with document intelligence and cost control has grown into a complete restaurant operating platform spanning point of sale, payments, inventory, labor, scheduling, kitchen operations, reporting, mobile management, delivery, and back-office automation.
The idea has not changed. One platform, one source of truth, priced per location, so an operator with one store and a group with fifty run on the same system.
