Does NEXOS work for single-location businesses? - Yes. Core at $399/location/month covers one to three locations and includes the whole platform. Move to Multi at $329/location/month once you run four or more.

How accurate is NexosIQ extraction? - NexosIQ's two-pass verification architecture delivers industry-leading field-level accuracy. Per-field confidence scores let you see exactly which fields are verified and which need a second look.

Is there a limit on how many documents I can scan? - No. All NEXOS plans include unlimited invoice and receipt scanning.

Can I use NEXOS without QuickBooks or Xero? - Yes. QuickBooks and Xero integrations are optional. Many customers use NEXOS purely for document extraction, storage, and approval workflows.

How long does document processing take? - Most documents process in 3–6 seconds. Two-pass verification adds 2–4 seconds of background processing with no impact on the user experience.

Is my data secure? - Yes. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit using current industry-standard algorithms. NEXOS uses per-tenant database isolation - your data is physically separated from every other account. See Security & Compliance.

Can I export my data? - Yes, at any time. Export invoices, receipts, line items, and full account data in CSV or JSON format from Settings → Data Export.

What happens to my data if I cancel? - Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation, giving you time to export your records. After 30 days, all data is permanently deleted.
