Glossary

NexosIQ - NEXOS's proprietary document intelligence engine that powers all extraction, verification, and confidence scoring.

Two-Pass Verification - NexosIQ's dual-pass processing model: Pass 1 extracts data, Pass 2 independently verifies against the original document and assigns confidence scores.

Confidence Score - A per-field accuracy rating (0–100) assigned by NexosIQ's verification pass. Scores of 95+ are displayed with a green indicator; below 95 with yellow.

Ingestion - The process of receiving a document into NEXOS - via web upload, email, mobile capture, or API.

Approval Workflow - An optional review step requiring authorized users to approve invoices before they sync to accounting platforms.

Auto-Sync - Automatic push of approved documents to connected QuickBooks or Xero accounts.

Bulk Sync - A single action to push all pending documents to a connected accounting platform simultaneously.

Tenant - An individual organization account in NEXOS. Each tenant's data is fully isolated in its own database schema.

Partner API - NEXOS's developer API enabling third-party platforms to submit documents for NexosIQ extraction.

White-Label - A Partner API configuration in which a third party offers NexosIQ-powered extraction under their own brand.
